Went to temple for the first time today! I decided that since I was going to stand on sacred ground and pray that fasting was in order! I do not regret my decision at all. I may not fast every time I go but I do suggest it to those who are able to and seek to pray. What an experiance. I was so overcome with the spirit of the lord that I feel it can carry on with intesity for the rest of the week!!!
